What to include
A listing or an account: which one, and what you expected to happen.
A sitter or an owner: the names involved and roughly when. We read the messages between you only when handling a complaint.
Your data: access, correction and deletion requests are answered within 30 days; you can also delete your account yourself in Settings. See the privacy policy.
