Brianna here! I'm in my third year of biology and grew up with dogs and cats at home, so being around animals is completely normal for me. I miss having a dog in the house, which is how I got into this.
House sitting covers the pets, the yard and the house: bins out, plants watered, post collected and a message to you every day.
Your pets keep their routine and the house stays lived in. I'm tidy, I don't have guests over, and I leave the place as I found it.
Nervous cats are my speciality. I'll sit quietly and let them come to me, and I'll still check they've eaten and used the tray even if they hide the whole time.
I live in Washington Park and cover the surrounding areas, so ask if you're not sure. If your pet has a routine, I'll stick to it. Write it all down and I'll follow it.
