I came over from the UK eight years ago. I'm a vet nurse and I work three long shifts a week, which leaves me four days for pet sitting. Anxious, older or poorly pets are where I'm most useful.

I can also bring in the post, water plants and open and close curtains, so the house looks lived in while you're away. Reptiles are fine too: I'm used to heat lamps, misting, live food and keeping temperature logs.

I live in Sandringham and cover the surrounding areas, so ask if you're not sure. I have a car, so vet trips are no problem if they're ever needed. You'll get photos and a short update every day, more if you'd like.
