We're a family of four in Cobble Hill, with a very gentle boxer called Skye and a fully fenced backyard. The kids are 8 and 11 and have grown up around dogs, so they know to give a dog space.
Drop off on your way to work and collect on the way home. I'm home all day so dogs are never left alone, and I keep the group small and well matched. Half days and full days, with flexible pick-up for shift workers. New dogs do a short trial day first so they can settle in.
I cover Cobble Hill, Boerum Hill and Carroll Gardens. Most of our walks are around Brooklyn Bridge Park. I have a car, so vet trips are no problem if they're ever needed.
